The kind of people who follow this unusual blend of tastes, time after time, back into our store, are often the artists, eccentric types, and epicurians. As they are popping a sample into their mouths they always say, "Oh it's not hot at all...oh wait a minute...now I'm beginning to feel a little heat in the back of my throat!" We have these chocolates handmade with just the right amount of spice, so that the average person's palette can handle the spice. Some delicate palettes find them sizzling however.
They are great with a glass of port, with an apple and cheese, or one their own. The combination of sweet chewy caramel, with the distinct chocolate powder roll and then the final Jamaican spice blend dusting the top is like no other candy we have ever tasted. Yes, we've been known to binge on them...regularly!
