Return and Exchange Policy

If the item you purchased is damaged upon receipt, Contact Us within 10 days of delivery to obtain a return form; which will be emailed to you.
Fill out the return form completely and include it with your item, "parcel paid" for a full refund, or replacement.

Exchanges:
Studio Nouveau offers one free exchange with each order.
Studio Nouveau ships the exchange to the customer at our cost.
Any difference in price between the original purchase and exchanged item and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyer must send the original item to us at his/her cost.
Buyer must pay for shipping on subsequent exchanges.

Returned items must be returned in the original package parcel within fourteen days of receipt of product.
Buyer will receive a full refund, minus shipping and handling,
plus a 20 percent re-stocking fee.

Availability: This website's inventory is not automatically updated. Please contact us before making your purchase if you wish to inquire about immediate availability. If the item is not in stock, we contact our customers the day within 48 hours of the original order to inform them when they can expect items. Since we are not the manufacturer, delivery dates are not in our control. Generally, standard size items are shipped within 6 to 8 weeks. All special order sizes take 8 to 10 weeks. Holiday months, between November and January and summer vacation months can take longer.

No COD's will be accepted.

Sale items cannot be returned for refund, unless they are damaged during delivery.
