The Moor`s Wife Liquid Metal Bracelet Once...there was a man with the loveliest disposition. His blood was Moorish; a mix of Arab and black skins. He was proud, contemplative and compassionate. He wrote to her, "My love, my short trip to Africa is over. The time passes faster that never. Alexander`s Wife Alexander was a poet, a master archer, and quantum mechanics theorist. His wife? she played the cello. She wore velvet when she wasn't riding her horse or flinging arrows with Alexander. Regularly, they would dress up for one another. It didn't have to be a special occassion...they simply enjoyed adorning themselves for their long chats, as they contemplated the cosmos, listened to the crickets, or kissed. She carried her lipstick, the small bone comb that Alexander made her, and a finely embroidered green handkerchief in her Black Art Nouveau purse. It was another gift you would have thought Alexander had brought from a Parisian antique dealer. In fact, it was designed by the famous mother, daughter team, Maya. Cast in black acrylic resin, with lace-like accents in antique gold and green.

Lucretia`s Perfume ~ A Liquid Metal Choker Lucretia is an ancient perfumer and songwriter who lives on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

She wrote to a friend;

Magdalena`s Cross ~ Liquid Metal Necklace Magdalena was a merchant's daughter. She was the muse, the sounding board, and likely the lover of Jesus. She was a wise woman who shared her intuitive sense...her woman's' perspective with "The man".

Her cross is the longest of the Liquid Metal Cross collection. Composed of micro- chips, which are used in the circuit boards of computers, Sergio Gutierrez (Father of Liquid Metal Jewelry) embedded them onto a cross base, creating a beautiful, organic surface design. Magdalena has a long chain and a nice weight to her.

By definition, Loden is a particular shade of green. It is named after a water resistant woolen fabric used in Bavaria for capes and jackets. It is not as murky as a forest green, but has more moss to it. It is my favorite green; rich, fragrant, and the one I like most reflected in my eyes. Why, you ask? Because it reminds me of the verdant force within me.

Cleopatra Queen ~ A Liquid Metal Necklace And what a Queen she was...
Charisma, wit, intelligence, and a dedicated understanding of perfumery and it’s effects on others, were some of the attributes Cleopatra relied upon.

In fact, it is said that Cleopatra was not a great beauty. Apparently, she didn’t need to be! What a lesson to us all, in this day and age of the image. Given the choice we all have, isn’t it an exciting challenge to make up where the Gods left off? Or perhaps the Gods were specific in their intentions, inciting us to inform ourselves with character and spiritual health.

Cleopatra was Greek. She came from a line of rulers called the Ptolemy, whose reign began at the fall of Alexander the Great. Cleopatra was not only the last of the Egyptian Pharaohs, she was the only one to take the time to learn the Egyptian language.
Early on, she co-ruled with her two brothers, both of whom she married.

Cleopatra won the heart of Julius Caesar, after escaping a near execution from one of those brothers, by presenting herself, rolled up in a fine Persian carpet at Caesar’s feet. Their love affair carried on until his murder.

Though she bore him a son, "Cesarion", the Roman climate did not allow him the throne, and the co-ruler ship fell to Caesar's nephew, Octavion, and (much to Cleopatra's delight) Mark Antony. Oh my what a delicious fellow he was!
