Return and Exchange Policy

If the item you purchased is damaged upon receipt, just Contact Us within 10 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number. Then return the item "parcel paid" for a full refund, or replacement.

Exchanges:
First time exchanged items will be sent to customer by Studio Nouveau, free of shipping charges. Any difference in price and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Buyer must send the original item back at his/her cost.

If you are returning for any other reason, the item must be returned in the original package parcel within twenty days of receipt of product. No COD's will be accepted. You will receive a full refund minus shipping and handling plus a 10 percent re-stocking fee.

Sale items cannot be returned for refund, unless damaged during delivery.
