Port Caramel Covered in Cocoa and Chili Small (2oz.) The kind of people who follow this unusual blend of tastes, time after time, back into our store, are often the artists, eccentric types, and epicurians. As they are popping a sample into their mouths they always say, "Oh it's not hot at all...oh wait a minute...now I'm beginning to feel a little heat in the back of my throat!" We have these chocolates handmade with just the right amount of spice, so that the average person's palette can handle the spice. Some delicate palettes find them sizzling however.

They are great with a glass of port, with an apple and cheese, or one their own. The combination of sweet chewy caramel, with the distinct chocolate powder roll and then the final Jamaican spice blend dusting the top is like no other candy we have ever tasted. Alexander`s Wife Alexander was a poet, a master archer, and quantum mechanics theorist. His wife? she played the cello. She wore velvet when she wasn't riding her horse or flinging arrows with Alexander. Regularly, they would dress up for one another. It didn't have to be a special occassion...they simply enjoyed adorning themselves for their long chats, as they contemplated the cosmos, listened to the crickets, or kissed. She carried her lipstick, the small bone comb that Alexander made her, and a finely embroidered green handkerchief in her Black Art Nouveau purse. It was another gift you would have thought Alexander had brought from a Parisian antique dealer. In fact, it was designed by the famous mother, daughter team, Maya. The Pirate`s Chick Liquid Metal Bracelet She couldn't help herself...
her life had been so boring.
When she stumbled upon the French pirate's ship obscured in soft green willow trees, her heart raced like a horse headed for home. She was bundled on-board, like the night's favorite dinner catch. Indeed she wondered what their intentions were.
Suddenly, she felt his gaze, as he leaned in the door passage. With black hair pulled loosely back, and large curls tumbling down one side, his chiseled face was easy, cool and intelligent. When he invited her to sit with him, she didn't dream of refusing.

Cleopatra Queen ~ A Liquid Metal Necklace And what a Queen she was...
Charisma, wit, intelligence, and a dedicated understanding of perfumery and it’s effects on others, were some of the attributes Cleopatra relied upon.

In fact, it is said that Cleopatra was not a great beauty. Apparently, she didn’t need to be! What a lesson to us all, in this day and age of the image. Given the choice we all have, isn’t it an exciting challenge to make up where the Gods left off? Or perhaps the Gods were specific in their intentions, inciting us to inform ourselves with character and spiritual health.

Cleopatra was Greek. She came from a line of rulers called the Ptolemy, whose reign began at the fall of Alexander the Great. Cleopatra was not only the last of the Egyptian Pharaohs, she was the only one to take the time to learn the Egyptian language.
Early on, she co-ruled with her two brothers, both of whom she married.

Cleopatra won the heart of Julius Caesar, after escaping a near execution from one of those brothers, by presenting herself, rolled up in a fine Persian carpet at Caesar’s feet. Their love affair carried on until his murder.

Though she bore him a son, "Cesarion", the Roman climate did not allow him the throne, and the co-ruler ship fell to Caesar's nephew, Octavion, and (much to Cleopatra's delight) Mark Antony. Oh my what a delicious fellow he was!

Scarlet`s Wedding Scarlet was French. She had shiney, straight, brunette hair, a sly smile, and those fabulous cheekbones from saying, "Merci" to all her fans, who followed her sweet, sultry performances.

She worried and worried, until finally she thought, "Which is the worst of these agonies...to have that "something is missing" feeling or to lose her great understanding of what it is to be "blue"? She said "OK...I will". Although it looked like tapastry, in fact her exquisite purse was made of a durable acrylic resin. The elegantly beaded strap was detachable so that she carried it as a clutch when she dined...yet it was long enough to slip over her shoulder and neck when she was on the run, or on the back of a running horse. It was wide enough to carry her full sized black pencil...weaponry for a songwriter...ever prepared for the moment when it hit, and she dropped everything to scrawl the idea down. Room enough for her cel phone, lipstick, and so beautiful, she didn't really even need a necklace.
